Career Highlights:

McLaughlin will look to be a solid backup to likely starter Jessie Vetter in Team USA's pursuit of a gold medal. She will be making her second Olympic appearance after playing eight minutes and stopping one of two shots as the American's took silver at the Vancouver Games in 2010. McLaughlin is 6-1-2 with a 2.27 goals-against average in 14 international games since 2008. She has played in three International Ice Hockey Federation women's world championships and one Four Nations Cups. She played collegiately from 2006-09 for Robert Morris, finishing her career with an NCAA-record 3,809 saves, making at least 50 in four games her senior year. She was named to the all-conference first team in her final two seasons.
